Through Dance...

Tuition payment plan options include: 

1) Pre-Paid Yearly Tuition (1 time payment in full, 5% off) 

OR

2) Tuition Installment Plan (10 tuition payments due the 1st of the month, September-May).  

Our installment plan helps families spread out the full tuition cost for the year.  Tuition is calculated by the number of classes per week taken by an individual student or combined family members. Discounts are given when 2 or more classes are taken per week, and these savings are automatically calculated in our tuition chart. Tuition is capped at 10 classes per week, per family. All additional classes are free! For example, if child 1 takes 6 classes per week and child 2 takes 7 classes per week, your family pays max tuition (10 classes per week) and classes 11, 12, and 13 are free of charge. This applies to weekly competitive company classes as well. Company invitational pieces are a separate fee that can be paid upfront for the year or split and added as an account fee to the installment plan. Please contact the studio for tuition rates. 

*Please remember that for those who choose to pay by our installment plan, you are not paying for the number of classes each month, you are paying equal increments towards the total tuition due for the dance year. 

Your child does not have a spot in class until your online account has been created or reactivated, the requested class has been approved, and payment is made. We do not hold a spot in the class if payment is not made at the time of registration.

Yearly Registration and Payment:

Due at the time of registration (non-refundable)- $20 registration fee per student, Full 1 time tuition payment (5% discount).

If you choose to pay by installment, payments can be made by cash, check, or credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). All accounts must have an active credit card on file even if you prefer to pay by cash or check. For your convenience, families can sign up for auto-pay, and the credit card on file will be automatically charged when tuition is due. If payment is not received by the 10th of each month, the card on file will automatically be charged along with a $10 late fee. Families will not be notified prior to a late payment, and account statements will not be sent home. all families have access to their online accounts and can log in to view transactions at any time. If you wish to be excluded from the installment plan, you may pay the yearly tuition in full at the start of the season. 

If your account is delinquent beyond 30 days, it will be at the discretion of the management of SDNJ to allow your child to continue with dance classes and/or participate in the recital. In the event that a check is returned, a fee of $35 will be charged to your account. 

Tuition is non-refundable. SDNJ must be notified in writing if a dancer wishes to withdraw from a class prior to the next billing cycle. Once we receive notification, your account will be deactivated and no further charges will made. 

Costumes- Costume costs are $85 per class to be worn for picture day, dress rehearsal, and the recital. 1/2 payment is due on November 15th and the balance is due on December 15th. 

Recital Fee- A $65 recital fee is due by May 15th. This includes professional photography of the show (digital download), professional videography of the show (digital download), and a recital T-shirt to be worn over costume for finale. 

Recital Tickets- Recital tickets will be available for purchase online. One ticket is needed for every child and adult in attendance. 

Private lessons are available at the following rates:

30 min lesson- $45

45 min lesson- $67

1 hour lesson- $90
